I have seen Dan at Specialized Therapy after two hip replacements and the shoulder injury. Dan diagnosed my shoulder problems where my doctor thought it was my neck. I trust him. He has treated me very well and always explains my health problems clearly and understand understandably. I highly recommend Specialized Therapy .

Over the past 9 years, Mike Ryan has solved my lower back pain, helped me recover quickly from an ankle fracture, and gave me exercises that dramatically strengthened my core muscles. He's also helped my wife and several of our neighbors in Fair Lawn. Three things to know about Mike's work: (1) He's like a detective, doing whatever it takes to diagnose a problem. He's had me bring in all my shoes and sneakers, watched me go up and down stairs, and even gone out to my car to see how I've adjusted the seat. (2) He's customized my therapy to suit my abilities, motivation, and time constraints. I've seen how he does this with others. (3) I play on a softball team and because of the way he had me strengthen my core, my batting average went up and I stopped pulling muscles every Sunday morning!

If you are looking for next level physical therapy, this is the place to go. Their technology is state of the art, especially the e-stim machine called "neubie". Every therapist is attentive, and very knowledgeable. They provide advice that will help with your current recovery, as well as into the future when you are no longer doing PT with them. 8 months after a dislocated shoulder and I feel stronger than ever and armed with knowledge that will help make sure this injury doesn't catch up with me in the future. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all for everything!

Very professional! I had knee surgery and they were able to help me before and after the surgery so much! GREAT STAFF! They have night appointments so I was able to not miss work. Shout out to Sonal, Mike and Matt!!!

I've been to a lot of different physical therapists and at specialized physical therapy I've had the best results!

The staff at Specialized PT are very welcoming and have such positive energy. I worked with Sonal for a knee injury (TPF/meniscus) that I’ve been dealing with for over a year. She identified my weaknesses and got me on a program that pushed me enough but also kept me from escalating too quickly, which has caused pain in the past. Each appointment, Sonal spent at least 30 min w me doing manual therapy and answering any questions i had. Michael and Dan seem like great therapists, Maryann is fun to have around the clinic and the ladies at the front desk are very kind.

Michael Ryan is an outstanding PT. He helped me along my journey with my chronic nerve pain and was incredibly attentive and supportive. He is one of the few PTs I have been to who has truly taken into account MY thoughts on my physical condition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to specialized.

Update: Michael saw me through my ankle replacement and helped me regain my mobile. IMO there is no better physical therapy crew. Michael and Dan are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I HIGHLY recommend them. You won't be sorry. This facility is excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs any type of physical therapy. Diane has kept me walking despite having advanced ankle arthritis. The facility is extremely clean and well laid out. All the therapist genuinely care about their patients well being and are highly effective in treating us. Everyone is super friendly and Marlena couldn't be more helpful and flexible when handling appointments. Thank you!!
