We’re at the Fair Lawn 1st Day 5K!

Specialized Physical Therapy + Wellness was at the Fair Lawn 1st Day 5K, sponsored by the Fair Lawn Rotary.  Daniel Ryan and Michael Ryan were at the Memorial School dishing out pre race stretches, offering advice to those who had aches and pains from the holiday season, and enjoying the 1st day of the year.  The weather was sunny and about 35 degrees, making for a great way to ‘Run’ in the New Year.

We had a great time with everyone and would like to say congrats to all the runners and walkers who came out for such a great cause.  See you again out there next year in 2018!
