History – Who we are, what we are, when we started

  • Practicing in orthopedic outpatient setting for 17 years in Fair Lawn, NJ
  • Specialized PT established in 2016
  • Currently 3 FT physical therapists
  • Have grown revenue 10%+ year over year
  • Have managed to grow practice despite one of the most densely saturated markets in US – 15 clinics in Fair Lawn with population of 34,000 (optimal is 1 clinic/10,000 residents)
  • 3 primary verticals: Traditional Physical Therapy, Neubie/Neufit (Cash based), Pelvic Floor
  • Family friendly oriented environment; 85% of patients referred via word-of-mouth
  • ALWAYS patients over profits; 2 patients/hour treatment
  • We are not a bank – we’re physical therapists looking to help other physical therapists who were in our shoes ready to go out on their own

  • 5 year buyout plan with additional 5 year options

Assisting with buildout and initial physical startup

  • Site planning
  • Architectural renderings: interior design and architectural clinical plans by medical based professionals

  • Equipment & large capital expenditure advice
  • Lease negotiation

Providing mentorship

  • Quarterly onsite visits
  • Weekly phone/Zoom check-in
  • Availability to Dan & Michael for quick questions, phone calls, etc
  • MEG Academy training

  • Insurance credentialing: Performed in accordance with MEG
