More About Matt Lazzari

Matt Lazzari brings nearly 20 years of personal training experience, having started his journey in the field two decades ago. He emphasizes technique and form, believing a solid foundation leads to better performance in daily activities.  

With a clientele as diverse as his skill set, Matt has worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, ranging from bodybuilders and weekend warriors to older individuals and athletes in various sports.

Matt began his journey with boxing. He then expanded into mixed martial arts, exploring disciplines like Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo. He also specializes in combining different training methods. These include boxing, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and TRX. This approach offers clients a well-rounded and personalized fitness experience.

In offering 1-on-1 tailored sessions, available in 30-minute and 1-hour appointments, Matt’s personalized approach caters to individual needs and goals. With a background in various sports, athletic disciplines and holistic fitness, Matt brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to create distinct fitness programs to achieve each client’s goals.
